Orvil Onimous: The owner of the Pets' Cafe and husband of Onoria Onimous.He is a short man with a whiskery face. Mr Onimous repeatedly helps Charlie and his friends, and also cares for the Flame cats - Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.
Mr. Onimous is thought to be endowed, but his endowment is never described. A popular hypothesis is that he shares the gift of speaking animal tongues with Billy Raven. Mr. Onimous possibly has the gift of healing, as stated in the first book, when he cured Runner Bean.
He has a niece, Una, who has the endowment of invisibility.
