Dr Saltweather is the head of Music at Bloors. He is endowed, but it is only revealed in the final book when he fights Count Harken and Bloors with Charlie Bone. He is good friends with Cook and becomes the headmaster of Bloor's, later called Bone, Academy. Senor Alvaro takes over as the head of music.
